Excellent family friendly:
CLC xinteg receives "Family-friendly company" seal of approval

CLC now bears the Saarland-wide "Family-friendly company" seal. The Bexbach-based SAP solution provider convinced the "Service Agency Work and Life in Saarland" above all with its exceptionally flexible working time models. These allow employees to adapt their working hours individually to their own needs. On 15 January 2021, Christian Bach, Managing Director of CLC xinteg GmbH, accepted the award from saar.is Managing Director Christoph Lang.

"The reconciliation of a happy family life with a qualified everyday working life, these are not empty words for us. We live family friendliness, we are a family. We deal openly with each other, stick together, show consideration for each other and are flexible - all of this is completely normal for us," explains Managing Director Christian Bach. "And there's always a good atmosphere with us. That is enormously important. If you think about how much of your life you spend working - then your employer should make sure that you can laugh more than once in between - that's part of it."

CLC employees always have a good laugh. Whether flexible working time models, working from home, parental leave for mothers and fathers: the individual needs in the different phases of life of each person are respected and arranged in a family-friendly way for all involved. Here, the give and take is right, both from the employer and the employee side.

Parental leave or part-time parental leave for mothers and fathers? Totally normal with us!

The roles in day-to-day business merge together for the common cause - the "all-round happiness package" for customers, as Christian Bach calls it. People participate from each other, treat each other as friends and have fun advancing professionally together, in the best possible sense for the company and the family. Ralf Monstadt, Senior Manager Software Development and with CLC for 7 years, also appreciates this. "Nobody here rolled their eyes when I took parental leave and part-time parental leave to devote myself to my children. Taking 'paternity leave' is completely normal at CLC. Even for managers," explains the family man. Spending a lot of time with the family, working from the home office, communicating with customers and colleagues online - aspects that have been part of the corporate culture at the Bexbach-based software and business consulting company since before Corona.

At CLC, the focus is on people

The many flexible measures for work-life balance also inspire Britta Abel. The team leader in administration has been with the company for 5 years and can't imagine working anywhere else at any time. "I enjoy my daily work routine," says the single mother of 2 children cheerfully. Whether on site with her team of colleagues or from her home office. "When things get tight, I sometimes bring my boys to the office with me. They look forward to playing foosball in the CLC kitchen, darts and especially to playing on the games console in the CLC lounge," says Britta Abel.

"The most important pillars in the company are the employees and the team spirit," emphasizes Christian Bach. "This and the lived closeness are very important to us. At CLC, we believe in long and appreciative relationships - with our customers, partners and, above all, with our employees.

It is the first time that CLC has been awarded the Saarland-wide quality seal "Family-friendly company", which is valid for 2 years. During this time, the CLC team around Christian Bach pursues new goals in the area of internal and external communication on family & career.

Webinar: Simplify Sustainability

Sustainability solutions from SAP usually seem too complex, too granular or too holistic for your own individual use case. But it can also be simple: In this webinar, CONSILIO and CLC show how you can keep an eye on master data, operational ERP processes and relevant certificates via a cockpit function in your sustainability initiative - and optimize your operational processes at the same time.
