Dynamic form application for portal scenarios on the web with CLC-PADD® S Suite+
The service improvement for the scholarship holder and the Removing technological barriers were the clear focus for CLC's client, one of the world's largest funding organisations for the international exchange of students and academics. The process, which was previously predominantly Word- and PDF-based and not very automated, is now being replaced by the dynamic web application CLC-PADD® S Suite+ completely mapped. The CLC PADD® S Suite+ is based on the SAP Fiori standard. The dynamic form application optimizes data quality, offers significantly better usability for applicants and administrators, and significantly increases processing speed. In addition, it ensures a contemporary external presentation.
After the dynamic form application document submission and application process, the next go-live is already in the starting blocks. "At the beginning of 2020, we will map the application process for scholarship holders completely web-based," says Michael Langlotz, Managing Director of CLC xinteg. Further stages will follow, as the goal of strategically accompanying the customer in its technological development over the next few years was fixed for the next few years with the award of the tender in December 2019. The CLC team is already looking forward to the following stages.
