If you do a good job, you should be rewarded accordingly. What sometimes sounds like a simple phrase is put into practice at CLC: because we know that special shared experiences not only strengthen team spirit, but also boost job satisfaction. So in 2023 it was once again time to cast off on the IJsselmeer.
Under the motto "Women win! Equality in the labor market", the 2nd Saarland Employment Conference was held on June 23. Here, among other things, it was discussed what companies have to do to bring more women into a livelihood-securing and perspective employment. CLC is a company which has been awarded several times as a family-friendly company and an attractive employer and has been offering women a secure and perspective employment for a long time. The results of the SME check also show that the SAP experts in the Saarland attach great importance to cohesion and the personal needs of employees. The DNS project managers attest that CLC - which also received an award for its family-friendliness - is a highly attractive employer across all categories surveyed.
The applications for a global company in the precision mechanics and optics industry, which started out as a replacement for an isolated web application, have now been taken to the next level thanks to the SAP add-on CLC-PADD®. In the current development sprint, the project teams succeeded in once again turning the transparency, process, and usability screws.
The compatibility of work and family has been gaining in importance for years. The topic of "work-life balance" is not just a phrase for CLC xinteg, but the lived and tangibly existing life culture in the company. Business and family needs are optimally reconciled here. Consequently, CLC was again certified as a "family-friendly company" in December 2022 and received the seal of approval awarded by the "Servicestelle Arbeiten und Leben im Saarland" on January 26, 2023.
We are pleased to support social organizations with a donation again this year. In 2022, this includes KINDER Not-Hilfe-Saar e.V. and the project "Solidarität Mnero in Tanzania" of the association Solidarität Mnero e.V.
CLC xinteg has successfully passed the TISAX certification according to Assessment Level 3 (very high protection requirement) by the certification body of TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH. The procedure was implemented in parallel with the successful DIN EN ISO / IEC 27001 certification.
Following a successful audit by the certification body of TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, CLC xinteg has provided evidence that it meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 and has implemented and applies an information security management system in accordance with the "Declaration of Applicability".
The CLC xinteg management team is aware of what each employee does for CLC and rewards them, for example, with the CLC Feel Good Event.
In January, CLC xinteg held a fourth beer tasting, which was a lot of fun for all participants.
