Together with the experts from the Demography Network Saar (DNS), the "SME employer attractiveness check" The company took a close look at its own corporate culture and its appeal. "It is important to me that we are not only economically successful, but also remain an attractive employer for our employees and for new employees," emphasizes CLC Managing Director Christian Bach.
